I try to add something to each meal. Either I make a salad as a side, have a veggie soup or add tones of veggies to a meal. I try for more veggies than carbs. Just the other day I ate sautĆ©ed tuna (organic olive oil) with a whole bag of peas and carrots and just a bit of leftover rice. It was delicious š LikeLiked by 1 person Reply

No way! Hahahaha I try. Those are photos from the occasional healthy meals. Thankfully Iām not much of a meat eater and I love veggies but carbs are my weakness š LikeLike Reply
