    • I try to add something to each meal. Either I make a salad as a side, have a veggie soup or add tones of veggies to a meal. I try for more veggies than carbs. Just the other day I ate sautéed tuna (organic olive oil) with a whole bag of peas and carrots and just a bit of leftover rice. It was delicious 😋
