Yes. It’s very bitter but very healthy

Yuck yuck!! Then I’d rather be unhealthy. 😛
Plus there are other less bitter healthy choices.

Oh no, I’m sorry.
I tried to cope. I tried to adapt. Believe me, I did. But your demeanor was just too sour for me.
You chased after others under the disguise of giving them a “healthier” life.
You never loved me. That’s the BITTER truth. 😦 😀

Have you tried almond milk? If you have, which do you like better almond or coconut? Is coconut milk very sweet?

Gosh 85 is dark! I can do up to 80 on any fine day. Once I tried a 99 per cent bar and thought that the person who handed it out to me (with disproportionate amount of glee) was plain malicious.

haha it doesn’t bother me much. I eat it because it’s good brain food so I’m not really expecting anything sweet. If you don’t think of it as a sweet it’s not a disappointment lol

Sounds good. Planning ahead is great because it takes out the guess work. Unfortunately, I cook my meals based on how and what I’m feeling for. You’ve given me some good ideas. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

If I cooked according to what I’m feeling for I would alternate between pizza and McDonalds haha Meal planning it is..

Thanks for your example of meal prepping. I want to do that more in the next few months. Do you base your grocery list off of what you are planning to make that week?
LikeLiked by 1 person
Hey there 🙂 no, actually. We have some staples we buy every time and then we check whatever is a good deal. Sometimes I shop with a few ideas of what I’m going to make and others I just buy and then decide. Last week, for example, I decided we would by mostly fish as we haven’t had enough and it’s good for you. Have you read my recent grocery haul?
