Health for days journey – day 13 (update)

Good evening my friends!

It’s almost 11 p.m here. It has been a good day.

I decided I would watch some series and read some blogs first and then I would do my chores, because I always do what I HAVE to do first and then have no time for what I WANT to do. Today I decided to change that, so I watched about 4 episodes of “Victoria” (a series about the queen’s life) and I’m hooked. Mr. R is kind of sleeping in the sofa, with the dog and taking my space. I will both to bed, get some decaf and watch some more episodes!! I love period shows!! If anyone has some to recommend I will love forever and ever!

So I managed to wash and dry and fold 3 loads of laundry and wash the dogs outside “beds” which are actually two towels and an old coat that she drags to where she wants to be. Why such charming beds? Let me tell you, she ruins everything. Those are towels but she has had about 5 or 6 real beds in 2 years. All ruined. Even a plastic one!! Come on. No more beds for you, miss. Only old towels. She doesn’t seem to mind. She has a big fluffy blanket in the kitchen that is her official bed but she bites it, so it will be ruined some day. She prefers to sleep on the sofa anyway. So her towels are currently drying.

I washed the dishes and made and amazing smoothie for a snack. Frozen berries, natural yogurt, an apple, some seeds, oats and a bit of skimmed milk. It was yummy and thick and you could almost eat it with a spoon. I haven’t had anything since. I will make some toast soon because I’m not hungry for dinner. Dinner is black beans with veggies and onions, served with spinach rice! Very healthy, meatless and yummy! It will be my lunch tomorrow!

I haven’t even made my bed yet, I will do it right before bed. Nor did I exercise today, maybe some yoga later, or not, as I’m feeling a little dizzy today. It’s normal, it’s my medication.

I feel overall happy and healthy, so everything is fine.

I’ve got a ton of pen pals to send postcards/letters too so I need to buy some envelopes and stamps. I’m so excited and happy I asked because some amazing people were up for it. I also have some exciting posts coming soon. Some things you might like!!

That’s all for today!!

I love you all, thank you for always being there.

xx

  1. Congrats on getting all that stuff done, Chelia! That’s awesome; definitely more than I got done in the past week. (As you know, my family and I have had it rough lately.) Sorry about Rosa’s beds; that must be awful! It’s no fun when pets continue to tear stuff up, no matter how hard you try to fix the problem, lol. Ooh! That smoothie sounds delicious. I’d love to make my own sometime! Glad you had such a great day! Mine was pretty pleasant, as well. 😊

    • Hey there, honey. I know you’ve had a rough week. How are you feeling? I’m sorry about what happened! I send a big hug to all of you, especially your mama. I adore her and think she is amazing. You too, of course, my dear!!

      • Thank you so much for your support, Chelia. ❤ We really appreciate it. 🙂 I’m feeling much better than I have been for the past week. It was very sad to find out that she miscarried, but it was also a relief to finally know what was going on. We were in suspense for so long! (It felt like it, at least.)

          • Yeah, that was aggravating. When we left her doctor a few days ago with still no answers, she said to me, “I do know one thing: my blog readers are gonna kill me!” She must have felt so awkward doing all those update posts and having to say each time that we still didn’t know. Ugh haha
